In my last article, I outlined a few simple weight loss tips and secrets to drastically improve your diet. Now I’ll outline a couple more useful tips on how to lose weight healthy and fast.
- Add fruits and vegetables to your diet. There’s a good reason nobody gets eat off of fruits and vegetables. The calories don’t matter because the nutrients and the structure of the fruits and vegetables work to increase your metabolism. As well, the carbs are much healthier than those added to other foods, thus making them far less of a contributor to weight gain.
- Make trail mix. Go to your local health food store and buy nuts and seeds in bulk. Raw and unsalted is your best bet. Mix them up and enjoy. The protein and healthy fats in them are a contributor to both fat loss and muscle gain. Plus, it’s extremely cost effective, far more than buying chips and other bagged snacks.
- Eat lots of small meals. This one is rather obvious, but it needs to be said again due to its importance. In doing this, you keep your metabolism running at high speed, thus allowing you to burn more calories, enabling you to eat more done and still lose weight and gain tone.

It’s simple. Easy, however, it is not. When it comes to your health, though, the easy route just isn’t worth it.
