If your diet consists mainly of these, it can lead malnutrition and a dangerous calorie deficit. You must consume 1200 calories every day to survive. Do not go below that. But consuming these foods at a smart level will help you make sure you reach your daily calorie intake goal, burn fat, and lose weight easy.

#1.) Apple

Apples are delicious and nutritious. And as the saying goes, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away.” But they also keep the pounds away. Most apples have around 90 calories, not a lot. Very delicious just like peaches. Unfortunately, peaches don’t make the cut, only their brethren tangerines are a negative calorie food. You can burn even more calories if you decide to eat the skin. But it might not taste the best.

The most important piece to a lot of salads and sandwiches. This delicious leaf is also one of the mysterious negative calorie foods. But unless it is eaten by itself, you won’t benefit from the negative calories that much.
