Delicious Weight Loss Smoothie Ingredients
– 1 cup frozen berries or fruit
– 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
– 1 cup juice (orange, V8 fusion or real fruit juice)
– 1/4 cup wheat germ
– 1 banana
– 32 grams (1 scoop normally) Whey Protein Powder
